HomeHousing Navigators and Retention Specialists address Member's complex housing needs and provide support during the critical time of transition into housing. Assisting with "document readiness," applications for housing, unit searches, and maintaining housing long-term.

PurposeCommunity Integration Specialists and Peer Supporters reduce community barriers to improve access to resources. Providing emotional support, mentorship, employment readiness, and assisting in the discovery of meaningful roles to reach the Member's goals.

Legal AidOur legal team provides free services to overcome barriers to employment and housing. We support people through a variety of legal challenges that stand in the way of their recovery. Advocating for the unique needs of the people we work with to provide comprehensive care.
